Arminda is the protagonist of an educational experience, an essential part of the Cueva Pintada Museum and Archaeological Park programme. This educational tour transcends the walls of the museum and is integrated into additional environments. The "Arminda Adventures" promotes the essence of the location and also entices visitors to the actual setting where these events occur. The story follows Arminda and her companions on a journey beyond the island to the town of La Atalayita. This site, with roots in the Aboriginal era of Fuerteventura and occupied by the Majos (people who arrived in the Canary Islands from North Africa around 2000 BC), remains a site of continued interest, even after the island was colonised.
